Last week, we shared our vision: that of a dynamic, accessible, and powerful Ultra ecosystem. Your enthusiasm and relevant questions confirmed what we already knew: the community is ready. Ready for action, ready for concrete results, ready to build.
Today, we move from vision to plan. From the "why" to the "how."
The mission of Ultra Times is to catalyze the development of Ultra's Web3 ecosystem. We are not here to be just another player; we are here to build the growth infrastructure that will attract and retain a critical mass of players, artists, users, developers, and partner studios. Our ultimate goal is to help position Ultra as the leading blockchain technology for gaming.
Such an ambition requires a rigorous execution plan. Here is how we will make it a reality, in three two-month sprints, organized under 3 strategic pillars:
- 1️⃣ Pillar 1: Product & Technology (Development Roadmap)
- 2️⃣ Pillar 2: Acquisition (Players, Users, Developers & B2B)
- 3️⃣ Pillar 3: Communication & Community
🚀 Milestone 1 (Months 1-2): Ignition
This first sprint is focused on building the foundations of our infrastructure and credibility. The goal is to launch the essential components to attract the first developers and users.
⚙️ Product & Technology:
- Core Development: We will launch the development of the UT business framework, which will serve as the basis for all our future applications.
- Launch of the first dApps: We will begin the development of the "Phygital Launchpad" and "WeNeedU" dApps, with the goal of a testnet release at the end of this phase.
- Prototyping: Prototyping of our third dApp, "UT Quest," will be initiated to prepare for its active development.
- Developer Integration: A recruitment and onboarding process will be put in place to support new talent joining the ecosystem.
📈 Acquisition:
- Attracting Technical Talent: To capture the attention of developers, we will launch the "Ultra Tech Dive" content series and publish our first open-source tools and scripts on GitHub.
- B2B Development: We will begin prospecting campaigns for our strategic partnership offer to independent game studios and creators.
- Affiliate Partnerships: Our affiliate strategy will be deployed, starting with our partner MetaHoof to generate the first new Ultra accounts.
💬 Communication & Community:
- Increased Content Volume: We will triple our content production with a sustained weekly pace: 2 in-depth articles, 1 podcast, 1 newsletter, and 1 X thread (formerly Twitter) per day.
- Live Engagement: We will relaunch Twitch streams (2 per week) and organize weekly AMAs (Ask Me Anything) to build in public and interact directly with the community.
- Federating the Community: On Discord, we will set up VIP roles and organize regular "Game Nights" to consolidate a core of engaged users.
⚡ Milestone 2 (Months 3-4): Acceleration
Building on the established foundations, this sprint aims to provide tangible value to the ecosystem by moving from promise to proof.
⚙️ Product & Technology:
- Mainnet Launch: The "Launchpad" & "WeNeedU" dApps will be publicly launched on the mainnet.
- Security: A security audit of the smart contracts will be carried out by a reputable firm before the public launch to guarantee the security of funds and data.
- Ramping up UT Quest: The development of "UT Quest" will intensify, leading to the launch of a closed beta reserved for our community for real-world testing.
- Open-Source Contribution: We will enrich the ecosystem by publishing new open-source tools via our Ultra Tech Alliance (UTA) hub.
📈 Acquisition:
- Stimulating Innovation: We will organize our first online Hackathon with prizes in $UOS to attract developers and encourage creation on Ultra.
- Educational Partnerships: Partnerships with coding schools and developer communities will be established to train the next generation of talent on Ultra.
- Targeted Campaigns: To attract users, we will launch marketing campaigns targeting artists for the "Launchpad," partner with micro-influencers and streamers, and organize contests and giveaways on Discord.
💬 Communication & Community:
- Event Communication: A dedicated communication campaign will be deployed to ensure the success of the Hackathon.
- Community Involvement: We will actively manage user feedback on the Launchpad and organize community votes on minor topics to strengthen involvement.
🌎 Milestone 3 (Months 5-6): Expansion
The final sprint focuses on activating our "flywheel" to create self-reinforcing growth loops between our products, content, and partners.
⚙️ Product & Technology:
- UT Quest Open Beta: The "UT Quest" dApp will enter an open beta phase, allowing us to collect maximum user feedback to iterate and improve the product.
- NFT Collection Preparation: We will actively prepare the launch of the "Vox in Times" NFT collection, which will play a key role in our ecosystem, by finalizing its technical specifications.
- Continuous Innovation: In parallel, the prototyping of our next dApp, "UT Snapshot," will begin to maintain our pace of delivering technological solutions on Ultra.
📈 Acquisition:
- Advanced Training: We will organize technical webinars to present our framework to developers and launch a "bounties" program via WeNeedU to encourage contributions to the open-source code.
- User Growth: Targeted marketing campaigns will support the beta launch of "UT Quest," and we will organize the first eSport tournaments on partner games as soon as the Ultra Arena reopens.
- Rewarding Engagement: An Airdrop campaign will be conducted for active users to reward their loyalty and stimulate activity.
💬 Communication & Community:
- Value Demonstration: We will publish case studies on the first successes from our Launchpad to prove its effectiveness.
- Launch Campaign: A major teasing campaign will be orchestrated for the launch of the "Vox in Times" UNIQ collection.
- Beta-Tester Management: The management of the "UT Quest" beta-tester community will be a priority to ensure the quality of the final product and strengthen ties with our most engaged users.
💡 Join us for the Demonstration
The launch of the 3 dApps related to our Pillar 1: Product & Technology, is no coincidence. It is about delivering an ecosystem of solutions where a game creator (and especially independent game studios) can use the Launchpad to sell, UT Quest to engage their community, WeNeedU to delegate to its members, and then later UT Snapshot to reach their target and reward their ambassadors.
This is a powerful synergy, exacerbated by the UNIQ standard, designed to accelerate the growth of the ecosystem by generating virtuous on-chain activity.
This is not a simple list of features. It is a coordinated growth machine, designed to bring value to every member of this ecosystem, at every stage.
Words are important, but proof is even more so.
That's why for our next major event, we are changing the format, and will give you a concrete demonstration of our future products and actions.
We are not just going to tell you about this plan. We are going to show you.
Join us for our 2nd X LIVE:
“Actions, Impacts, Results: Our 6-Month Plan for Tangible Outcomes”
🗓️ This Wednesday, August 13th at 6:30 PM UTC+2
Using screen sharing, we will present the first mock-ups of our dApps, detailed infographics and diagrams, and our roadmap. This will be an opportunity to ask your most technical questions and see for yourself the seriousness and concreteness of our approach.
The vision is shared. The plan is drawn. It is now time to build.
Together.
