What is Arena League ?

Ultra recently introduced an innovative concept aimed at revolutionizing the world of e-sports with the launch of Ultra Arena Leagues, a new tournament structure integrated into Web3 via Ultra Arena. These leagues aim to solve several major problems in the e-sport industry, such as lack of recognition for new players, restrictive business models dominated by large organizations, and weak community influence. Using digital assets via Ultra's Uniq standard, Ultra Arena Leagues offer innovative team management, open player participation, and fairer reward distribution.

Ultra Arena Leagues are designed for all skill levels, offering amateur rankings to discover new talent and help them progress to professional competitions. The rankings are open and transparent, allowing any player to get noticed and potentially be selected for the Pro League. This inclusive approach fosters the emergence of new e-sport talent, while integrating independent games to diversify competitive opportunities.

The use of blockchain technology enables true ownership of digital assets for players, team managers, and even fans. This opens up new revenue opportunities, where players and teams can earn not only through their performances, but also through transactions and the growing value of league-related digital assets. The structured league calendar ensures clear visibility and organization of events throughout the season, from amateur rankings to professional finals.

Exclusive interview with a Pro League player

In an exclusive interview, Ultra Times caught up with JxTol, a MagicCraft Pro League player whose team is managed by Ultra Times:

Hi JxTol, can you introduce your team in a few words?

Of course, we're from the Philippines and have been playing Magiccraft for a year. My son, my daughters and I love the game and we always team up for every tournament. That's why we're so familiar with the Arena League: we take part in all the tournaments together.

What is the Pro League in which you participate?

MagicCraft's Pro League is the highest level of competitive play, designed for the most skilled and dedicated players. It typically features high-level tournaments where the best teams and players from around the world compete for prestigious titles, large prize pools and the recognition of the MagicCraft community.

How did you get to the Pro League?

To participate in the Pro League, players often have to qualify through lower-level tournaments or by reaching a high ranking in the game's competitive ladder. The Pro League represents the pinnacle of MagicCraft competition, showcasing advanced strategies and high-level gameplay.

So far, our journey through the tournaments has been exciting and challenging. We've won some great victories thanks to our teamwork and strategies, but we've also come up against some tough opponents who have pushed us to improve our game. Each tournament has been a learning experience that has strengthened our team.

How do you see the rest of the competition?

Looking ahead, we're very much looking forward to the next edition of the Arena League. We plan to refine our strategies, train even harder and aim for better rankings in the future. We can't wait to see how far we can go!

MagicCraft's Ultra Arena is considered one of the most intense and competitive environments in the game. It is designed for elite players and teams who have honed their skills and are ready to take on the toughest challenges. Ultra Arena features higher stakes, more complex strategies and a faster pace, making it an exciting place to test your skills.

For teams like ours, who play together and compete regularly in tournaments, the Ultra Arena can be an important step in pushing our limits and seeing how we fare against some of the best players in the game. It's also a place where you can gain recognition and refine your strategies by playing against top-level opponents.

What do you think of Ultra Arena?

If you're looking for a new challenge, Ultra Arena might just be the place to take your game to the next level. Ultra Arena is user-friendly, visually appealing and runs smoothly.

A promising future

The launch of the first Ultra Arena Leagues with the MagicCraft game, including a beta phase with a $3,000 reward pool, marks the start of a new era for e-sport competitions, combining inclusivity, innovation, and community engagement.

With Ultra Arena Leagues, Ultra is redefining the standards of e-sport by creating a more open, fair and community-focused experience, while offering new economic opportunities for all participants.
